Jeff was born on December 20, 1955, in Minneapolis St. Paul Minnesota to Richard and Marlene Cottrell. He later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he married the love of his life, Jill Riviere.
Jeff had his own construction business that he had retired from in 2018. Jeff will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Mike, Kevin, and Greg, sisters Lisa and Julie.
Jeff will be missed dearly by his sisters and brothers, several nieces and nephews, friends, neighbors, and church family. Jeff was predeceased by his parents Richard Cottrell and Marlene Keller, his wife Jill Cottrell (Riviere) his brother Danny, and his nephew Michael.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday June 25th, 2022, at
