Joe Albert Olivas, 76, of Phoenix, Arizona attended Phoenix Union High School where he met and married the love of his life, Lillian Christine Gonzalez. Joe was born on February 26, 1949 to his mother Juanita and raised by his grandparents Epifanio and Luisa. He graduated to heaven on September 27th, 2025.
Joe was a hard-working man and he worked many years as a cook at Picadilly Cafeteria and Allied Signal. He later changed his profession and worked for Comair for many years where he became Sun City's #1 sought out plumber due to his integrity, excellent work ethics, and compassionate heart for the elderly.
Joe loved traveling, biking, running marathons, hiking the Grand Canyon, camping and cooking for his family. He was first baptized at Calvary Community Church in Phoenix and then he couldn't pass up being baptized a second time in the Jordan River.
Joe is survived by his 7 children Joseph & wife Shannon, Robert & wife JoAnna, Alicia & husband Daniel, Marcella & husband Dennis, Valarie, Victoria & husband Christian and Richard, and Joe's 4 siblings Francis, Jesse, Esther and Martin. Joe was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
