John Richard Doyle

John Richard Doyle, born 04/12/1959 and passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 62, right here in the state where he made sure to display the flags image all around his residence, Arizona. His parents, Richard Doyle and Maureen Doyle (Stander) preceded him, leaving behind from oldest to youngest; Steph Doyle, Michael Doyle, Tonja Smith (Doyle), and Crystal Doyle. In his last days, he battled with Covid pneumonia that quickly began to deprive his good health of CO2 release. As shocking as this was to us all, it was well known that he wanted a quick end. Only the good die young. John tested this with everything; from skydiving to causing scenes that he felt he needed to cause, and when he wanted to cause them. He was not timid in the slightest and had a voice everyone recognized.

He went to Glendale high school with the class of 1977, was married, had 4 children that were way too good for him, got divorced, and had even better grandchildren. But these words can’t ever describe him, his presence is what is known. And if you didn’t get a chance to be in his presence, your life is not as bright as those of us who have.

John was always the last one to leave most situations, and most of the time with coercion. But no one wanted him to leave. He was just the kind of guy that was wanted around. The kind of guy that was known, respected, and wasn’t afraid to give his opinion. Through the years, he has made friends with; anyone who owns an offroad vehicle, skydivers and skydiving centers, a vast circuit of those in the trucking community, bikers, camping folk, gun slingers, cardinal fans, music lovers, those with the luck of the draw, and even got a taste of joining a political movement. He’s one of those that can say lived with fulfilment. He helped many of us even when we didn’t want help just because that’s the kind of guy he was…. Without being known to hate anyone…. Most of all, he wanted everyone to be together so he could enjoy even the simple moments.

John’s service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5250 W. Thunderbird rd. Glendale, AZ 85306 on the date of December 18th at 10AM.
