John was one of the "good guys" a quality that's rare these days and hard to find in this world. He always made me smile and was a good friend to all..He even won the respect of my 83 yr old mom who never liked any of my friends and she adored him too. We will miss you much ..

John was a great friend to me in high school. He dated one of my best friends from auburn. John and I shared many bus rides to school and double dated on Friday nights at the roller rink at FingerLakes mall. He always had a smile on his face and made me laugh. My memories will remain in my heart forever. My prayers go out to his family. Rest in peace, my friend.

I feel like a part of me is missing since I heard you were gone. We didn't even see each other that often, so I cannot imagine how those closer to you are feeling. You were a good friend who always looked out for me, and I will miss that. You always made me smile, and challenged me to think a little deeper with your brilliant mind.
