Josef Eric Bumbaugh, 67, of Phoenix Arizona, passed away October 31, 2025. He was born in Toledo Ohio on April 18, 1958. Joe graduated from Whitmer Highschool as a Panther, playing on the varsity football team. He was married to Patricia Bumbaugh who he had two sons with, Eric and Adam. Joe worked as a Flooring Contractor for much of his working career owning his own company prior to retirement. He had a passion for Football and family. He enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and fishing. He is survived by his sons Eric and Adam, his four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and his sisters Sharron Cherry, Cassie Higley, Nenette Reano, Susan Massie, Heidi Chwialkowski, and his brother Edmund Bumbaugh.
