

Juan was a man of immerse humor and wisdom. He had a passion for sports and his unwavering spirit will forever be remembered.
He loved the Lord with all his heart and always shared the word of God with everyone he encountered.
Juan Antonio Orona, was born in Torreon, Mexico on June 13, 1941, passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 84, in Spring Valley, Arizona.
He is survived by his daughter, Naomi Orona V., son Joshua Orona, grandson Joshua E. Orona, granddaughters Lydia N. McBride, Amanda J. Peterson, Delilah F. Varela, Candice E. Khaivilay, Bridgette E. Orona, Briana E. Salcido, Natasha G. Fimbrez, Yesenia Orona, four grandson-in-law's, 16 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and a sister Alma Orona.
Juan was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi (Mimi) Cruz Orona.
A visitation will be held on July 24, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, located at 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
The funeral service will take place on the same day, July 24, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the same venue.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will be held from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, located at 2300 W Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
