Born in Barberton, Ohio, December 6, 1947, Larry grew up in Ohio and joined the Army in 1968. After serving at The Panama Canal, Larry moved to the warm, arid climate of Phoenix, AZ, where he later started his plumbing company, Cactus Sewer and Drain.
When Larry wasn’t working, he was fishing, camping, or hunting in Northern Arizona.
He returned home to our Lord on December 30, 2011 after suffering a brain aneurysm. He was 64 years old.
He is survived by his two daughters, Michele and Christine, and his brothers and sisters, Gary (Diane) Harp, Shirley (Neil) Akins, Beverly (Roger) Croghen, Lois (Dave) Dixon, and William Harp. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in Larry’s name to The Arizona Wildlife Conservation Fund (WCF).
