Lilly Ann Murrieta

Lilianna “Lilly” Murrieta, age 64, passed away on March 17, 2022, leaving so many broken hearted, but was greeted in heaven with open arms by her mother, Cecilia, brother Joey and grandson Daniel. She was born January 3, 1958 in Phoenix.

Lilly loved to care for others. She was a dedicated mother first and, foremost. She treasured her grandchildren and embraced every moment with them, especially loving her role as Nana. She had a loving spirit and showed everyone her devotion to her children and grandchildren. She would put the needs of others first, from her grandchildren to the loved one of others who needed a home. She was a strong woman and leaves behind her brother Todd Fabits (Josie) and many other loved ones.

Lilly was married to Jose Enrique Murrieta, and was the beloved mother of Miguel Leon (Lisa), Petra Leon (Mauricio), Enrique Murrieta (Teresa), Luis Murrieta (Ashley), Alicia Murrieta, Cecilia Ortiz (John Paul), Andrea Murrieta (Sergio) & Angel Murrieta (Karina); proud grandmother of Pipidy, Joseph, Lalo, Lito, Alex, Ozzy, Marcos, J.P, Mikey, Dela, Lilly, Mito, Caleb, Angelo, Bella, Amiya, Violet Ann & Baby Murrieta plus 1 great granddaughter Aubrey Rose. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.

A visitation for Lilly will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Maryvale, 6901 West Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85033, followed by a rosary service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
