Linda Ann Ebinger-Cooper, age 65, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025, just days before her birthday. Born on May 6, 1959, in Peoria, Illinois, Linda was the beloved daughter of Gerald Ebinger and Ludella Pittman-Ebinger.
A proud graduate of Northern Arizona University, Linda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business in 1982. Throughout her life, she was an enterprising and dynamic businesswoman. She was the owner of Aspen Summit Properties and formerly owned Scottsdale Gymnastics, a place that became a vibrant hub of joy and community. Under her leadership, Scottsdale Gymnastics was not just about athletics but about bringing people together — it was a space filled with fun, laughter, and gatherings where families and children made lasting memories.
Linda was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), inspired by her mother, Ludella, who founded the Anasazi Chapter in Arizona. In recognition of her commitment and involvement, Linda proudly earned the Outstanding Junior Award for her exemplary service and community engagement.
Beyond her professional accomplishments and civic contributions, Linda had a remarkable talent for transforming homes and furniture. She loved remodeling houses and refinishing furniture, finding joy in giving new life to old spaces and pieces, turning them into something beautiful and renewed.
Linda is survived by her loving brother Doug Ebinger, her sister Nancy Jameson, her devoted children Devan Potter, Aspen Mitchell, and Tanner Cooper, and her cherished grandchildren. She also leaves behind her significant other, Mitch Kamp, whose companionship brought her great happiness in recent years.
The family invites friends and loved ones to share condolences, memories, and messages of support. These may be sent to her daughter, Aspen Bayley Mitchell, at 7837 E Coronado Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. Your kindness and remembrance during this time of grief are deeply appreciated.
Linda’s vibrant spirit, unwavering determination, and boundless love will be forever missed and remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
