Madeline L. Beach, 81 was born July 22, 1930, Canton OH. She passed peacefully at home February 27, 2012 in Phoenix, AZ surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother. She was greatly loved by all and will be missed by many. She grew up in Canton Ohio. She is survived by her 3 children daughter Connie (John) Stevens, Sons George Rotar II (Angela) and Donnie Rotar (Jeri), by her sister Florence Headley (Willard) resides in Canton, Ohio, 5 Grandchildren Dawn, Anna, Annette, George and Dannielle, and 9 Great Grandchildren Alli, Sara, Jacob, Victoria, Michael, George, Rebecca, Adam and Marlyn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Cancer Society in her name. Graveside Services are 1:30 pm Wednesday February 29, 2012 at the National Memorial Cemetery 23029 North Cave Creek Road Phoenix, AZ 85024.
