Madi James, age 21, passed away September 1, 2013. She is survived by her parents, Mike and Mary Beth James, her maternal grandparents Gene and Bernie Rolfes, 2 brothers, 3 sisters and numerous loving family members. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and a nephew. She touched the hearts and lives of many people and will be greatly missed. Madi’s life will be celebrated during a visitation Wednesday, September 4, 2013, 5:00 to 8:00p.m.; and a Rosary at 7:00p.m. both at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85301; and a Funeral Mass, Thursday, September 5, 2013, 10:30a.m., at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 3801 E. Greenway Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85032.
