My beautiful mother-in-law. You treated me as one of your own everyday since I first met you. Your warmth, your laughter and your love for me will never be forgotten. 15 years after we first met, my love for your has grown stronger for you everyday since then. You took us in when we had no where to go, you gave us advice and hope when things were the most rough.  You reminded me to have faith that things would get better. 
They ALWAYS did. The lessons and advice you gave me will carry me through the rest of my life. I can't imagine my life without you in it. Thank you for giving me so much. As I try to sort through my thoughts and emotions, I find myself with one recurring feeling... Gratitude. Thank you Mom, for being my rock throughout my life! No matter what was happening, you always gave me hope, and a sense of peace when I had neither. Your calm and loving words always helped me to see past any problems and set me back on the right path. I am beyond thankful that I was able to visit with you again.  I remember playing in your living room with Gino and the other kids while you made tamales and many other meals.  Those thoughts have always been with me and I will always cherish those memories with you.  I wish I could have spent more time with you.  Until we meet again you will always be in my heart. To Miss Maria (mama) , I’m so thankful and blessed that I had the chance to meet you.You were  a bundle of joy to be around. I find myself at times coming to see you and Carla but I have to turn back around . Thank you very much for the wonderful memories that I will cherish and always remember you by .I really miss you very very much my friend love your boy Robert.

Nana, I could write a novel. You took me in, raised and loved me. You were who I called with all my questions and life worries. I’ll miss your calming voice and tight hugs. Love and miss you greatly. 

Ma, thank you for everything in my life. From my on stage debut singing "Good Ship Lollipop ", to being a team mother of my first Pop Warner Football team to keep an eye on your epileptic son. For making me Tripas de Leche upon my return from Iraq,to keeping me awake on those long hauls over the road trips. There's so much more to thank you about , but most of all, thank you for being my mother.  I love and miss you so much.

My Dear Sister Maria Carmela Miranda Rodriguez Taylor, 

Just know that as your youngest brother, you were, and will be my precious sister.  We have been through much together.  I thank you so much for always being there and caring for me.   As adults, we did not spend as much time together as I would have liked to; however, you were always in my thoughts and in my heart, where you will be until we see each other again.  Thank you for always giving me good advise, for always having your delicious meals ready for me (your red chile, your beans, your menudo) and for always sharing your recipes; I always knew that no one cooked as good as "YOU".   As you have traveled to be with the Lord, I will always cherish my moments in time with you.  You were a book full of past, and present memories.   Thank you for providing for our Madre during the times she needed loving hands to care for her.  My heart misses you dearly, and like I previously said, until we see each other again, I am sending you my spiritual hug and kiss.  My love to our family there in heaven.  LOVE Your Betito.
