Mary Lou Baggs

MaryLou grew up around the McKeesport, PA area with her two older sisters, Dorothy and Aileen along with her parents, Annie and Walter and extended family.

Mary Lou came to Arizona in March 1952 with her 1st husband, Frank Dillhoff and remarried a second time in 1959 to Ora Baggs.

In the late 50's, MaryLou worked for Reynolds Electric, Phx Police switchboard and finally GE/Honeywell for over 18 years in office administration.

Mary Lou was an active member at Concordia Evang. Lutheran Church in the Maryvale area of Phoenix for over 40 years.

MaryLou moved to Sun City in the late 90's and enjoyed an active retirement and participated in many social groups. She made lifelong friends in those groups and shared great times in their weekly craft/card luncheons, Redhat gatherings.

Mary Lou is survived by her children; John F. Baggs (son) & Lindee (partner), David W. Baggs (son) & Valerie (spouse), Marilyn A. Cunningham (daughter), Eileen Petrosky (step-daughter), 5 grandchildren (Travis, Jennifer, Brianne, Tyler & Kyle) and 5 great-grandchildren (Maddison, Mylie, Natalie, Hannah and Quentyn).

Final resting place at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary in Phoenix. Family and friends are invited to attend the inurnment at Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary at 200 W. Beardsley Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85027 on Friday, July 21st, 2023 at 10AM (Good Shepherd No. 181)
