Mary Jane Blahnik-Kessner

Our dear mother Mary Jane Blahnik-Kessner (McCarthy) sadly passed away on 12-11-2023 at the age of 67. Mary was a life long resident of Arizona, born and raised. She graduated from Cortez High School in 1974. She worked many jobs in the valley, most recently she was employed by the state of Arizona working for D.E.S.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David A. Kessner with whom she loved greatly, and was loved by greatly. She is survived by her oldest daughter Alisa Holcomb(Blahnik) and her husband Russell and her youngest daughter Krista Lucus (Blahnik). She has 7 grandchildren who were the light of her life. Mary will be remembered for her amazing sense of humor, her wonderful cooking and her love of cross stitching, crafting and her proud Irish roots. Mary will be greatly missed by all who love her.

A visitation for Mary will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. A religious ceremony will occur Monday, January 8, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. A graveside service will occur Monday, January 8, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at External Service Location, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
