Matt was born May 17, 1961 in La Mirada, CA, and passed away Friday, June 10, 2011 at his home in Phoenix. He left behind his loving friend, Michael Medina and many other friends and relatives who will miss him deeply; his mother, Patty, stepfather, Fred, brothers, Bob and Mark and his sister, Vicki. Matt's family, along with many nieces and nephews were able to visit him in his last few weeks. He also had the much appreciated support of his many friends at work.
