Nadine leaves behind her three children, Nicole, Marc, Matthew Lopez, her mother Vera Hernandez, two sisters Nancy and Susie, eight grandchildren and one great grandson. Her legacy of love and family continues to live on through them.
She was actively involved with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Nadine preceded in death by her father, Robert Hernandez, three brothers, Robert, David, Gilbert.
A visitation will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, located at 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009, on September 15, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same venue on September 15, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
