Nicolas "Nico" Guillen Sainz, age 65, passed away on September 14, 2018. Nicolas was born on September 10, 1953 in San Juan de la Puerta, Guanajuato. At age 15, Nicolas moved to Phoenix to build a better opportunity for him and his family.
He was our hero, our protector, and our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. Survived by his wife, Angelita and their children, Nicholas Jr, Rayo, Beatrice, Anastacia; their granddaughters, Alyssa, Ariza, Ariella, Mia; his Mother, Raquel Guillen Sainz, and siblings, Raul, Marisela, Francisca, Hortensia, and Tomasa. He was preceded in death by his Father, Odilon Cortez Sainz, and 2 younger siblings.
Visitation will be Friday, September 21st, 2018 from 6pm-9pm at A.L Moore Grimshaw Mortuary Chapel

Funeral/Mass Services will be Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 9am-11am at St. Matthews Catholic Church 320 N. 20th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85009. Interment will follow at St. Francis Cemetery
