Surrounded by two generations of loving family, on March 1, 2014 Ollie "Stella" Rudd (86) quietly slipped into the arms of her Lord and Savior. Stella is survived by daughters Stella (Curt) Worley, Karen (Jose) Alvarez and Vickie (Ken) Summers, brother Ola Powell, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Husband Lloyd Rudd preceded her in death on May 7, 2008. Originally from Texas, Stella retired from Kaman Bearing in Phoenix and will be greatly missed till we see her again.
A private family service is planned for Thursday March 6. Contributions in her memory may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
