Orpha Ella Laura Rossow went to the waiting arms of her husband Martin Rossow in Heaven on November 1st, 2011. She would have been 97 years old on December 22nd. Orpha was born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin and moved to Phoenix in 1960. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Rossow, Gail Shaubel (Ernest), son John Rossow (Lynn), and grandchildren, Ginger Busker, Laurie Heath, the late Debora Hayes and Cory and Ryan Rossow. Also seven great grandchildren. Three sisters and her brother preceded her in death. Orpha was an accomplished pianist and soloist who sang in Wisconsin with the Symphony Orchestra as well as church choirs and private events. She loved her family, her pets and her church, and was an avid sports fan. Mom, you, Dad and Debi, watch over us- we love you all so much. A visitation will be held on Saturday, 12th at 2:00 PM at Greenwood Mortuary Chapel at 719 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix. A Celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 PM.
