Pam (Martin) Sullivan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday November 22, 2011. Pam was grateful for her biological family and her Arizona family ~ and we all will miss her and keep her in our hearts forever. Pam is survived by Randy her husband; loving children William, Randy and Michael; brother Jeff Martin; nephews Andrew, Jack & Luke; sister Wendy Martin. Pam's greatest pleasure outside of giving to her families was also giving to her community. The memorial service is on Monday, November 28 at 3:00 PM, location A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 West Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ.
