Patricia Shurtleff of Phoenix, AZ passed away on August 12, 2015. She was born on February 12, 1949 in Denver, Colorado. Services will be Saturday August 22nd at the LDS Church located at 325 W Coral Gables, Phoenix, Arizona. Viewing starts at 9:00 AM with services following at 10:00 AM. She will be greatly missed.
