Polly S. Sandoval, age 94, passed away on April 7, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ. Polly was born on April 10, 1924 in Concho, AZ. She is survived by her Sons, Victor (Amelia) Fernandez; Ralph (Shirley) Fernandez; 9 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, Sister, Vera Padilla, of Albuquerque, NM; Brothers, George Sandoval, of Silver City, NM; Herman Sandoval, of Phoenix; Nick Sandoval, of Mesa, AZ; and Jim Sandoval, of Tempe, AZ. Polly was preceded in death by her Father, Felix Sandoval; Mother, Nancy Sandoval; Sister, Gina Baca; and brothers, Milo Sandoval; Shorty Sandoval; and Pat Sandoval. Visitation will be held at 9:15 a.m., Friday, April 12, 2019 at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Rd, Phoenix, with Rosary at 9:30 a.m. The Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m., with Committal Services to be held at Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery, immediately following the Mass.
