Raymond Andrew Williams, of Phoenix Arizona, returned to his Lord and Savior on Monday, January 5, 2015 at the age of 63. Born in Norfolk Virginia to Norman and Elizabeth Williams, Ray has always been known for his good sense of humor, his love for people, and his dedication and joy for giving to and helping anyone in need. He was humble and selfless, and always had an encouraging word. He loved the Lord and loved to share Jesus. Ray is well remembered for his expression of faith through the words, “God is, He was, and He will always be.”
Ray was devoted with all of his heart to his wife, Victoria Spinazzola, whom he married on December 12, 2010. Together, they shared God’s word and took care of each other and countless others. Ray’s greatest joy was ministering to the people which he actively did at Sky Harbor Inn apartments, Phoenix First Assembly Church, Church on the Street, The Palm House, and numerous other ministries to the homeless.
A Memorial Service will be held at 5pm, Friday, January 9, 2015 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009 with a reception following immediately after.
