Rita is survived by her four children Fernando (Vivian) Soza, Rosemarie Ramirez, Richard (Lupe) Soza, and Salvador Fernandez, her siblings Ethel Gamez, John (Yolanda) Soza, Robert (Tori) Soza, Norma (Joe) Morales, and Sylvia (Richard) Mendoza. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Rita is preceded in death by her siblings Cornelio Jr., Olga, Henry and Richard, her grandson Judah Fernandez and daughter-in-law Debbie Fernandez.
A funeral service for Rita will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5614 W Orangewood Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
