Bruce and I were born three months apart in 1949. Both from farm families.  If you ever saw us together Bruce was the tall one and that never changed. I always enjoyed those early school years with Bruce as a good friend. Those days ended when his dad sold his place and moved the family to  the southern part of the state. (I believe)
We met up once again in the eighties when was the field man for our little farm making sure he protected the cotton from pink boll worms.
When  during that time it was as though no time had placed. He was still Bruce. Still one of the nicest people I was privileged to have known. My wife and I are truly saddened to learn of his passing.

I remember Bruce walking me to the bus on the corner when we lived in Cashion 
Another time he drug a dead snake 1/2 mile to show the Willis kids. We thought that was so cool

Very sorry to learn of Bruce’s untimely passing from my friend and farrier Troy G. 
Bruce will be well remembered with many stories shared by all who knew him, I’m sure. A life well lived! My condolences to Sharon.
