Ronald Ladell Fugatt

Ronald Ladell Fugatt, 75, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on August 4, 1949, in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Ronald was the son of the late Bernard and Hazel Fugatt.

A proud veteran, Ronald served his country honorably in the United States Army. After his service, he returned to civilian life where he found joy in the simple and meaningful things most of all, his family, and the outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, Ronald loved spending time in nature and passed that appreciation on to his children.

On February 6, 1970, Ronald married the love of his life, Lily Marlene Fugatt. Their love story began in their own neighborhood and blossomed into a beautiful marriage that spanned over five decades. Together, they built a life centered around love, resilience, and shared values.

Ronald is preceded in death by his beloved son, Eric Alexander Fugatt. He is survived by his devoted wife Lily; his children Thomas Jordan Fugatt and Kimberley Lane Fugatt; and a host of extended family members and friends who will remember him for his strength, quiet wisdom, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.

Ronald's legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the memories shared by those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
