Rosemary Juliana Smart of Phoenix AZ passed away peacefully on November 8, 2014 at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 yrs., Earl J Smart; and by her husband of 14 yrs., George Sterba Jr. and by her brother William Flath Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Clark (husband John) of Phoenix, AZ., brother Robert Flath of Grand Rapids, MI., grandson Mark Long of Genoa City, WI, 2 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and 4 nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E Flower St. Phoenix AZ 85014. Funeral services will be Monday, November 17, 2014 at 10:00am at Phoenix Memorial Park Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd., Phoenix AZ. Burial to follow in the Veterans Honor II Garden at Phoenix Memorial Park.
