Ruth A. Todd, 72, of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away January 20, 2015. Ruth was born February 27, 1942 in Pine City, Minnesota to Walter and Alice Olson. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Walter Todd. There are no services planned for Ruth at this time.
