Shirley Cope, 86, of Phoenix, passed away on December 1, 2013. She was born in Ottumwa Iowa on October 11th, 1927 to Mildred Fry and Orville Adcock. She is preceded in death by her father at age of 5. Also preceding her in death was her husband John and son William. She was raised by her loving mother and stepfather, John Fredrickson. She is survived by her daughter Sally and her son John (Lori). She was a charter member of Shadow Rock Church and a volunteer at John C. Lincoln North Hospital for many years.
