Shirley Jean Decker, 86, of Phoenix, a retired X-ray Technician and retail specialist at Montgomery Ward, died April 18, 2017. She was born in Johnstown, PA and was a member of the Eastern Star. Shirley enjoyed watching the Food Network, spending time with her family especially her granddaughters, and a good glass of merlot. She loved dogs but was very fond of Beagles and owned many lovable companions. They were always best friends and inseparable.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Robbins; son Christopher Decker and his wife Meagan; and three granddaughters Madison, Presley and Ryann.
