Sue Kim Hing, 97, went to be with the Lord on May 1st, 2012. Born September 29, 1914, in Tsoi San Village, Canton, China. Pre-deceased by her husband, Walter Hing in 1967 and brother, Noon Wong. Immigrated to Phoenix in 1948 and owned and operated Starlight Market until 1959. Survived by her daughter Marilyn [John], and son Buddy [Jeanette] as well as her sister, Kim Fong. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Julie Chan-Wong [Edward], J. Michael Chan [Nancy], Jeanette Chan, Jackie Chan, Joanne Patterson [Michael], Rodney Hing [Som], Christi Hing, Jon Hing [Lena], Debbie Yee [Stephen], and 10 great-grandchildren. Celebration of Life Services will be held on Saturday, May 12th at Northwest Chinese Baptist Church, 4243 W. Greenway Road, Phoenix, Arizona. Visitation at 9:00am, services at 10:00am. Interment to follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W. Van Buren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Northwest Chinese Baptist Church.
