In loving memory of our beloved mother, Sylvia L. Cunningham, who passed away peacefully at the age of 54 on February 24, 2012, with family at her side. She was born in Phoenix, AZ to Peter R. and Mary Rebecca Lopez. Sylvia was a medical assistant and enjoyed helping others. She cherished her family whom she adored. She is survived by her father Peter R. Lopez; her four daughters: Nicole (William) Van Leeuwen, Jennifer (Gerald M.) Srock, Misty Cunningham, Chrystal Cunningham; her five grandchildren: Ashley, Katrina, Jesse, Abigail, William, Anthony; her siblings; Steve Ware and Debbie Morris. She is preceded in death by her mother “Becky” Lopez and brother Roger Terry Lee Ware. Her presence brought joy and laughter to all who knew her. She will be forever loved and deeply missed. Visitation will be held at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary Chapel at 719 N. 27th Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85009 on Sat. 3/3/12 from 5-7pm with Funeral Services on Sun. 3/4/12 at 2:00pm. Arrangements have been entrust to Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary.
