

He was born June 23, 1970, in Syracuse Kansas, to Kathy Acre-Knopp and Jason Litz. Terrill attended elementary and middle school in Syracuse and graduated from Garden City High School in 1987. He was a member of the GCHS swim team. Through out the years Terrill was a Respitory Therapist, Paramedic, Airline dispatcher and Supervisor. Terrill lived his life to the fullest and made many friends along the way. He had the ability to brighten a room with his smile, and the ability to turn a bad situation into a funny situation. His compassion and laughter will be missed by all who knew him. Terrill loved being an uncle and taught Eric and Kelsie to have fun, enjoy friends, and live life to the fullest.
Terrill is survived by his mother, Kathy Acre-Knopp; father, Jason Litz; grandmother, Lela (Nan) Acre; sister, Leslie Riederer; brother in-law, Scott Riederer; nephew Eric Riederer; niece Kelsie Riederer; and partner Tyler Lange.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 31st, 2010 at1:00pm at the A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85013
Donations may be forwarded to the Humane Society or Youthville of Dodge City in lieu of flowers. In the words of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, “When a great man dies, for years the light he leaves behind him, lies on the paths of men.” Terrill will be so sorely missed by many friends and family. Terrill brought light to all of us which will continue to burn within us.
