Terry was born March 1, 1952 in Quincy, IL the son of Ronald and Frances “Fran” Howlett. He married Liza Howlett on September 6, 2003 in Omaha, NE.
Terry is survived by his wife Liza of Phoenix AZ.: daughters Kathy (Heath) Richmond of Ursa, IL and Kim (Jamie) Hamm of Hannibal, MO.: brother Ron Howlett, sister Pam Joy: grandchildren Kelson and Kourtney Richmond and Allison Hamm.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents and sister Patricia Ann Howlett.
Terry was laid to rest at the Phoenix Memorial Park in Phoenix, AZ. on September 16, 2016.
