Tom joined St. Peter on May 3, 2011 for a 9:00 p.m. tee time. He passed away in a crowded room surrounded by his entire extended family. He is survived by his beautiful bride of 50 years Mary, his children, Shaun, Lisa, Michael, his sister Pattie his brother Larry and 6 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday May 15 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 1800 East Libra in Tempe. Immediately following the service we will celebrate Tom's life with a party at Hackett House 95 West 4th St. in Tempe. Donations in Tom's memory can be made to Hospice of the Valley 1510 E.
