Vernon A. Eyrich 76 of Phoenix passed away on June 21, 2013. He is preceded in death by his son Scott P. Eyrich and two sisters Barbara and Jeanne. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lorraine, his daughters, Valerie Zea (Steven), Nancy Chapman (Robert), Diane Eyrich, Christine Urbanski, Patricia Downing (Keith), brothers, James Eyrich (Pat), William Eyrich and Robert Eyrich, as well as his sister Dorothy Meziere (Ed). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Vernon was a member of the International Elevator Industry Union, Local 140 and proudly served our country in the U S Army. Vernon was a man who liked to stay busy, work was his hobby. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 25th from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E Greenway Rd. Phoenix. Funeral services will follow at the Mortuary at 11:00 AM.
