Wendell H. Folkerts, 88, a civil engineer and past partner of Yost and Gardner Engineers, passed away on October 18, 2016. He is survived by his wife Doris, children Warren (Chris) Folkerts, Michael (Cindy) Folkerts and Mary (Gordon) Watson, 9 grandchildren and brother, Keith (Judy) Folkerts.
Visitation will be at A. L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home on October 22, starting at 10:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Contributions in memory of Wendell may be made to Arizona Lutheran Academy and Hospice of the Valley.
