William Derryl Jordan Jr.

William Derryl Jordan Jr., age 81, of Gilbert, Arizona passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021. William was born October 15, 1939 in Phoenix to parents, William Derryl Jordan, Sr. and Ruth (Amirault) Jordan. William was a resident of Gilbert and Pinetop, Arizona.

William proudly served in the US Army between 1962 - 1968. During his civil career, he worked with Motorola as a Facility Electrical Engineer & Manager between 1968-1999 and as a Flat Panel Engineer & Manager from 1999-2003, until retiring in 2003.

Since 2013, he was a member of LifePoint Church in Santan Valley.

William is reunited in heaven with his wife, Brenda; son, Robert; and his sister Judy Jordan. He leaves behind to cherish his memory - daughter, Joanna Tackman (Timothy); grandchildren, Teresa Tackman and Jordan Tackman. Also a brother, Ken Jordan (Scarlett); niece, Charmel; nephew, Covington; grandnephew, Liam. Niece, Lindsay Bauer (Jason) and grandniece & grandnephew, Cole & Grace, and Jimmy (James) Duncan and cousin, Janet Fee.

A funeral service at Serenity Chapel for Bill will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009, followed by a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM with military honors.

Family will host a reception following the graveside committal at The Venue, 1520 E. Washington St, Phoenix 85034.
