William M. Platt (Bill) passed away peacefully February 25, 2014 in Mesa AZ. He was born June 5, 1918 in Pueblo CO. He is survived by his daughter Shirley Platt, son-in-law Clayton Wallers, grandson Phillip Wallers and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife Sofie, brothers John and Robert, sisters Helen and Polly. He retired from Garrett Corp in 1980 where he was a supervisor in the paint department. He was a World War II Navy Veteran. A special Thanks to all the people at Arbor Rose Senior Care for taking wonderful care of Bill the past 3 years. We will have a memorial at a later date and enjoy the 4 “C’s of Bill – Coffee-Cookies-Cigars and last but not least Casinos.
