Catherine was born in Pickens South Carolina, on August 17, 1947, to the late Lester Corn and Margie Jane Clayton.
Catherine is survived by two children: William J Wooten (Chantel), and Lynn Collins; and five grandchildren: Kelsey Collins (Madison), Ashley Allen (Matt), Emma Collins, Mary Grace Hempel (John), and Caroline Elizabeth Wooten.
Catherine was preceded in death by her beloved husband Roger D Wooten.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Red Hill Baptist Church Cemetery located at 558 Red Hill Rd, Pickens, SC 29671.
