Mr. Dennis H Webb

Nebo, NC – Dennis H. Webb, 75, husband of the late Clara Bell Keener Webb formerly of Pendleton, SC, passed from this life Sunday, November 23, 2014. Mr. Webb was born in Mountain Rest, SC a son of the late Lincoln and Effie Kelley Webb. He was retired from The Singer Company in Pickens and for the last few years he was a member of Nebo Crossing Church in Nebo, NC. Survivors include step-sons, Tommy Woods (Mary) of Nebo, NC and Johnny Moore of Anderson, SC and a step-daughter, Janet Allgood (Ed) of Anderson. Also surviving are 14 step grandchildren and 20 step- great grandchildren, sisters, Jewell Crowe of Salem, SC, and Mary Walker of Old Fort, NC and half sisters, Janice Webb Schuelke of Columbia, SC and half brothers, R. L. Webb and James Webb both of Westminster, SC. He was also loved by a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, Mr. Webb was predeceased by brothers, Clyde Webb and Luther Webb, sister, Mildred Kelley and half brothers, Ernest Webb and Harold Hopkins, and half sisters, Edna Nabors, and Betty Webb. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 PM Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens with funeral services following at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel with The Reverend Scottie Owens officiating.
