Leland "Johnny" Edgar Clark

Johnny was born in Pickens, South Carolina on February 17, 1924 to the late Oscar and Lois Mae Childs Clark. He retired from the Singer Company. Mr. Clark enjoyed being outside, fishing, hunting, photography, and landscaping. He proudly served in the United States Army in World War II.

Mr. Clark is survived by two grandchildren: Kim Ketusky (Edward) and Randy Hughes (Kelly); five great grandchildren: Jonathan Ketusky (Molly), Matthew Ketusky, Sam Hughes, Kate Hughes, and Anna Hughes.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Margaret M Clark; one daughter: Barbara Clark Hughes; and one sister: Melonee Clark Bagwell.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens, SC.

The family would like to say special thanks to Harrison Meece and Johnny Golden for their incredible help and support over the last few years that allowed Mr. Clark to remain in his home.
