Pickens- Martha Young Howard 77, passed away peacefully June 28, 2023 at her resident. A funeral service will be held, at Dillard Funeral Home, July 3, 2023 at 11:00 am. A private burial will be at Blue Ridge View Baptist Church Cemetery.
