Ruby Ellen Landers Case, 79, widow of Frank Leon Case, passed from this life Friday, January 16, 2015. Mrs. Case was born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Lewis and Fannie Holder Landers. She was a homemaker and a member of Cedar Rock Baptist Church. Survivors include daughters, Laura Jane Ramey (Wayne) and Cathy Lynn Vaughn (Greg) all of Easley, grandchildren, Jason McCombs, Casey Griffith and Melanie Martin. Great grandchildren include Natalie and Jordan McCombs, Traeson Turner and Adysen Griffith and step great grandchildren, Abby and Caitlyn Rudisill. Also surviving are sisters, Faye Bishop, Shirley Covington, and Sandra Landers. In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Case was preceded in death by a sister Carol Stephens. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:15 PM Monday, January 19, 2015 at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens with a funeral service following at 3:30 PM.
