Ruth was a saint. She loved children,..she loved people...she loved her family and Bob was her life. I shall always thank her for the love she gave to my family while ministering in the Childrens Department of Brushy Creek. She was a fun loving person and I loved her very much.

I am Edna James Wilson's granddaughter.  I cannot remember the last time I saw Aunt Ruth but I do remember going to both Mike and Mark's weddings.  My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

One of the nices person that i have known. Always had a nice smile.

I have such wonderful memories of this precious lady. My children adored her. We still have a pillowcase she gave one of the girls!
She is worshiping at the feet of her Savior.
I am so glad we will see her again one day.

Countless memories of holidays and family gatherings at Grandmother James'. All the sisters laughing as they helped with dinner; gospel music coming from the radio on the sideboard and me, staying out of the way under the table. Sorry we're unable to make the service for Aunt Ruth.  Love you all.

I am so sorry to hear...She was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time. Just know she is in the arms of our Lord and Savior now. I can picture that ever so sweet smile she had.

Mrs. Ruth McGuire was a precious woman. I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Mr. & Mrs. McGuire while delivering Meals On Wheels to their home. She reflected the Fruits of The Spirit as mentioned in Galatians the 5th chapter. I’m thankful for the great consolation scripture gives us in that “ to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.” God Bless the entire McGuire family. 

Mrs. Ruth's son, Mark, came to our church in Illinois for a spring revival in 1992. The next year when my husband and I got married, she and her husband Bob sent us a wedding gift! We hadn't even met her! I was so touched she thought of us. Mark and LuAnne and your family, you all are blessed beyond measure to have Ruth in your lives. This is not goodbye but just a see you in awhile. May God comfort you as you grieve with hope! Love you all!

So many precious memories of time with Aunt Ruth...always a joy to be around , Ruth had a humble and nurturing heart.
We are so very blessed to have been a part of her life. Ruth was always sharing a good memory filled with the joy ,she brought this into each life she touched.
A wonderful daughter,Mother, wife , grandmother and aunt may we all strive to keep her Joy for life a constant in our memories of her.
Prayers for dear Chunk and all the family that God’s comfort will pour
 onto you in the days ahead.
