Samuel “Sammy” David Young, 58, passed from this life February 9, 2018 in McCormick, South Carolina. He is the son of the late Samuel D. and Virginia Young.
Mr. Young worked as carpenter in the construction business; he was an avid baseball fan, loved cheering on the Clemson Tigers and deeply loved by his family and friends.
Survivors include his daughter; Sommer Young of Manassas, Virginia and grandson; Kaden Iraheta of Virginia. In addition to his parents, Mr. Young is predeceased by his sister Michelle Lee Young.
A gathering of friends will be held Tuesday February 13, 2018 from 1pm until 2pm at Dillard Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 2pm in the garden room at Dillard Funeral Home.
