Shelby is survived by her son Mitchell Bagwell and his wife Linda. Daughter Tina M. White her husband David; her brother Billy Childress and his wife Carol. Four Grandsons Walker Bagwell, Clinton Bagwell, Timothy Bell, and Christopher Bell and six great grandchildren.
Shelby was preceded in death by her parents; her three brothers Edward; Milton; and Doris.
A funeral service for Shelby will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Dillard Funerals and Cremation, 2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy., Pickens, SC 29671. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
