William Ralph Wood

Mr. Wood was a Mason who enjoyed collecting antiques and loved all things history. He was kind and loving to all those around him, and could make anyone laugh. Ralph loved his family tremendously, and was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by two daughters: Katie Wood Marquis (John) of Oxford, Mississippi, and Megan Wood Williamson of Atlanta, Georgia; his mother: Doris Turner Wood, of Easley; one sister: Susan Elizabeth Whittington of Easley; two nephews: William Whittington of Pickens, and Zachary Whittington of Greenville; and his partner of 14 years: Joy Ann Martin.

Preceding him in death is his father: William Ralph Wood Sr.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 5, 2022 in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 11:00 AM until 11:45 AM at Dillard Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
