Cindy retired after 36 years as a Senior Contract Coordinator at Pitt Ohio Express. She was an avid Steelers fan. Cindy looked forward to trips to the beach, back road adventures, and will be remembered as being the life of the party.
In addition to her mom, she is survived by her partner Jon M. Brooks, daughters Katie and Ashley Capp, sister Debbie (Lib) Heneghan, nephews Evan and Aaden Heneghan, and numerous family members and friends.
Cindy (Bib) is preceded in death by her dad, Ed and sister Kathy (Mib) Wagner, who are now reunited and having the best celebration above.
Visitation for Cindy will be held on Thursday April 30, 2026 from 2-6 PM at H.P Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway Pittsburgh, PA 15237. A Blessing Service will take place before the visitation at 1:30 PM.
