On Friday, March 18, 2011, David, 70, of Baldwin Boro. Son of Kathryn Ann (Crawford) McManus & the late Martin Charles Snatchko, Jr.; stepson of the late Francis E. McManus; beloved husband of Kathryn L. (Naber) McManus; loving father of David A. (Michele) McManus, Jr., Laura L. (Carl) McManus Sturkie and Greg J. (Mari) McManus; dear grandfather of Amanda, Kayla, Dylan, Nathan, C.J., Jeremy and Robert; brother of Marty (Bette) McManus, Paul (Lynne) McManus, Pat McManus, Carolyn (Bucky) Malone, Jimmy (Karen) McManus, Tommy (Joyce) McManus and the late Mary Frances Snatchko; also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. A U.S. Marine Veteran, “D.A.” was retired from the Union Railroad where he served as secretary/treasurer of Local 1628. He was an avid race car driver and founder of the McManus Racing Team. Friends received Monday & Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Griffith Mortuary, Inc., 5636 Brownsville Rd., Broughton-Curry-South Park Twp. Funeral services Wednesday at 1 PM in North Zion Lutheran Church, 5100 Brownsville Rd., Baldwin. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
